RETURNS
All returns shall be postmarked within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date from Tangie Marie. All returned items shall be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, stickers and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at tangie@beamazing.llc to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and any additional packaging necessary, and include your proof of purchase and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return processing, packaging, and shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement following the 10-day receipt of goods period at Tangie Marie. LLC, or necessary time for sending return physical payment, depending on your credit card company or method of payment. We may notify you by email when your return has been processed. We may use other means necessary to return payment if credit processing of return amount fails due to any reason.

- After 30 calendar days from date of purchase, no returns, exchanges, or money back, credits will be provided. No exceptions.
